Saktoth: We need the general morphing fix, so 'no free buildtime' but imo the HLT/Anni morph is a particular problem ATM.
Licho: There is already at least one open ticket regarding general morphing solution.
Evil4Zerggin: I've added a rank requirement to the morph for now. I don't know if it was my original (off-hand, half-joking) suggestion that led to it being added in the first place; if it was, I didn't expect it would be taken seriously! In any case, HLT -> Anni/DDM is about a 6x increase in the cost of the unit. That's huge. Unfortunately, I don't really see any intermediate units that would fit. Whether combat morphs should exist as they are is a different matter altogether.
