finish tooltip

Description

what's left:

  • corner tooltip only shows up when space click
  • standard tooltip is not removed/readded
  • corner tooltip does not change when hovering (e.g. over units, map...)

It does not start when crudemenu is disabled.

Does not explain why chilitip does not start when crudemenu is disabled.

New wacky idea:

Hit button to switch between tooltip in the corner and tooltip at your cursor.

Sounds good.

Points are solved, but there are more:

  • health of selected unit is only updating when mouse is moved
  • long unit description is not shown (you don't see info about overdrive status for metal extractors)
