Only scrambler and owl was reopened. Scrambler because it's broken and noone seems to want to fix it and owl.. well I'm not sure about owl.

Google declared the vote ended, i re-opened it so people could voice objections against me, actually (poobah thing clearly a joke!).

Google and i closed a bucket of tickets yesterday. I re-opened two polls: Both because they are connected to tickets (i cross-linked them) that are unresolved. I was going to suggest in the tickets that the Owl and Scrambler be removed, but since there was already a vote... Its better to re-open a ticket where Licho and Quants votes are registered than start a new one and have them both auto-abstain (Which would be -really- unfair!).

I always disliked secret votes, if someone has an objection to my coordination, i want them to be able to say so, so that we can discuss solutions or other options (another coordinator or abolishing this Tasks system Licho set up if they dont want the position at all).

Wait, i reopened the decloak when damage one because it was 50/50 and we have new devs who can break the tie (honestly, you shouldnt close a tied vote).

I reopened the 'reclaim reduce a units HP' because it was tied to an open ticket, and was mostly abstains. I wanted another chance for people to vote on it before it is implimented.
