Comm resistance to Emp and Impulse is bad. It creates a hardcouter relationship between it, emp units and gravity units. Of course it will still be as fat as a unit costing 1k would be.

Bladewing/tick rush (possibly even spy and emp spider).

We cant do this until those two problems are fixed. Feel free to make and test a build with it though, to see how many bladewings/ticks it takes to para a com and if this number is reasonable.

What is the 'diet'? Make it smaller? Only reason to do this is sands of war imo (and at least one other map where his head sticks out of the water).

Has something to do with mass.

Normal mass equation instead of it's current massive mass.

What's the difference to other emp immune units?

2 main differences. Firstly the comm is free which biases the start against emp or gravity weapons (like the dgun biases against assault problem). Secondly all the other emp resist units use emp themselves.

I agree with your question though. It would be nice to remove the other emp resits but they would be slightly harder to remove as the resist is there for much the same reason that units can't damage themselves.

Secondly all the other emp resist units use emp themselves.

At least Saktoth, Detriment and Vanguard don't.

Those units aren't EMP resist.
