Using AOE to hit llts with t1 skirms.

Description

Rockos, Storms and Janus are still able to outrange turrets with their AOE and attack ground. I didn't want to increase turret range too much.

Janus with an AOE of 96 needs about 50 less range to not hit llts with AOE.
