Lvl2 assault kbots are too powerfull

At lvl2, zeuses and cans seems to be too powerfull compared to skirmisher kbots (fido, maverick, morty).

I think this is because of their relatively long ranged weapons and fast movement speed.

Normally, you would counter assault class with skirmishers, but current lvl2 kbot assault units are too fast and have too long-ranged weapons to be countered by lvl2 kbot skirmishers.

Zeuses particulary seems to be overpowered thx to the paralyzer. Paralyzing effect should be weaker.

    Accurate observations. Actions taken:

    Zeus aim animation slowed down to 200 (250), paralyze time decreased to 1 (2). This means more than one Zeus will need to fire at a unit to keep it paralyzed.

    Morty energy cost increased to 4000 (2065), metal cost increased to 300 (182), buildtime increased to 6000 (3139), damage increased to 150 (75). I'm not at all happy with this, I'll try to find a better solution.
